The place is nice, and has 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and excellent wi-fi. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost necklace. I always enjoy the great breakfast and feel safe here. Highly recommended!

This is a really lovely hotel, I would highly recommend it, the photos on the website dont do it justice. As a 3* hotel, I didnt expect much from my stay except basic comfort. So I was wonderfully surprised and delighted with what I found when I got there. The rooms are great, very clean, comfortable and very attractive decor. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful - its a family run hotel and you can tell - they really do take care of you, I had 2 small kids with me and they couldnt have been nicer to us. Our room had a spacious balcony with great sea views, and was safe for children. Its a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to all shops and amenities. I will most definitely be staying here again!

A well appointed hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Ours was with a view of Positano bay western slope and a little bit of the sea. There are rooms with an even better view of the city and the sea. Above all, the staff is exceptionally accomodating. When I visit Positano next time I will definitely try to stay at this hotel again.
The breakfast was what I expected - no surprise there, however, I think with the exceptional variety of cold meats, salumi and cheeses available in Italy they could add some variety in this department. We had the same type of salumi and ham all 5 days that we stayed there.

The desk staff were always smiling and helpful! Very impressed by there customer service! Also the coffee waiters at breakfast, they come up and ask what you would like and the food was not bad. The hotel has a italian feel and my room was cleaned up for me every day. Great location and if you are to bring lugguge there are only 3 lots of stairs up. Dont waste time on paying porters 12 Euro per luggage! Wifi was super speedy on level one!
No complaints! Had the best stay here in Positano! :)

Had excellent stay on vacation, the staff were pleasant, location was favourable right near town centre. The room was updated and huge with hair dryers, a bidet and bath sheets in the private bathroom. Location in the center of the city was a plus. Went to Wine Dark House for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The food they offered was outstanding, had a wide range of meals...
